No. Creating an account is completely free. You only pay for the services you choose — nothing hidden, nothing locked in.
Can I shop if I have a preapproved Script?
Yes, if you sign up as a Nursable member and get approved, you can, and there are no membership fees.
What's included in the $39/month scripting fee?

Can I shop for products if I already have my own prescriber?
Yes. If you already have a valid script, you can purchase products through us without needing to use our scripting service. You’ll just need to sign up and become a member first, there are no membership fees.
Do you lock nurses into products, brands, or minimum orders?
No. You choose the products you trust. There are no minimums, no pushy recommendations, and no brand commitments — ever. Freedom is a core part of our model.
Can Enrolled Nurses join?
Yes. ENs are welcome at Nursable. We believe access shouldn’t be gatekept — so we provide clear, safe pathways for both ENs and RNs.
