This page explains our delivery options, Click & Collect, timeframes, and important conditions.

Track My Order

Once your order has been placed, we’ll keep you updated on your Delivery or Click & Collect order via email and/or SMS.

Where available, you may also be able to track the status of your order through your account or via the delivery partner’s tracking link.

Click & Collect

Same-Day Click & Collect

Where Same-Day Click & Collect is available, orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST) may be ready for collection on the same day.

Orders placed after 12:00pm (AEST) will generally be ready the next business day.

To use Click & Collect, simply select Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll notify you by email or SMS once your order is ready for collection.

Same-Day availability is subject to stock availability and store processing capacity.

Click & Collect Store Transfers

If an item is unavailable at your selected collection location, you may be able to place a Click & Collect order and have the item transferred from another location within the same state, subject to availability.

Store transfers are not guaranteed and may result in delays to the estimated collection time. If a transfer is required, we will notify you.

Only designated Click & Collect locations are able to facilitate store transfers. Availability varies by location and product.

Collection Requirements

When collecting your order, you may be required to:

• present your order confirmation (digital or printed), and
• provide valid photo identification

Click & Collect orders will be held for 21 days from the date the order is placed.

If an order is not collected within this period, it will be returned and a refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Standard Delivery

Delivery Fees

• Free Standard Delivery applies to orders with a total value of $99 AUD or more
• Orders under $99 AUD incur a Standard Delivery fee of $9.95 AUD
• Big & Bulky items are excluded from Standard Delivery pricing

Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro areas: 5–9 business days
• WA, NT & regional areas: 9–12 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to stock availability, delivery partner delays, peak periods or events outside our control.

Express Delivery

If Express Delivery is available for your order, it will be offered at checkout for a flat fee of $12.95 AUD.

Estimated Express Delivery Times

• Metro areas: 1–3 business days
• WA, NT & regional areas: 2–4 business days

Express Delivery availability varies by product and location.

Big & Bulky Delivery

Some items require Big & Bulky Delivery due to their size, weight or handling requirements.

• Big & Bulky delivery incurs a flat fee of $75 AUD
• Items requiring this service will be clearly identified on the product page

Delivery Timeframes

Big & Bulky items are typically delivered within 7–14 business days.

Custom-made or made-to-order items may take longer, and estimated timeframes will be shown on the product page.

24/7 Parcel Locker Collection

You may choose to collect eligible deliveries from an Australia Post 24/7 Parcel Locker, where available.

What is a Parcel Locker?

A Parcel Locker is a secure Australia Post locker where you have 48 hours to collect your parcel from a selected location.

How Parcel Locker Collection Works

1. Create a MyPost account with Australia Post
2. At checkout, select Find a collection location and choose a Parcel Locker
3. Australia Post will notify you by SMS or email when your parcel arrives
4. Collect your parcel within 48 hours using the access code provided

If your parcel is not collected within 48 hours, it will be transferred to a nearby Australia Post location for collection during business hours.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available when a delivery is attempted, the delivery partner may:

• leave the parcel in a safe place, or
• provide collection instructions via email, SMS, app notification, or card

Delivery handling depends on the delivery partner and selected delivery option.

• Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed
• Orders may arrive in multiple deliveries if sourced from different locations
• You will not be charged extra delivery fees for split deliveries
• Delivery options and pricing may change from time to time
